PRODUCTS:
We are a full service spring manufacturer, specializing in short run, RUSH deliveries. With flexibility in machinery, and with over a million dollars in raw material, Draco can ship orders the same day as ordered if required. Our equipment is capable of coiling hot bar up to 2.25" diameter and up to 1-7/8" diameter from a large variety of stainless and exotic alloys. Draco has automatic coilers and grinders that are able to manufacture production quality springs up to .312" diameter.

Draco has many years of experience in designing and producing special springs from round, flat or square material. We are set up to produce customer orders from any type of spring, including: compression, torsion, extension, tapered, leaf (single), volute, clock, garter, snap rings, wire forms, pigtail, spring clips, and washers.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE:
Additional services offered by Draco, whether performed in-house or sent outside, include: heat treating, shot peening, magnaflux, liquid penetrant, load testing, passivation, powder coating, plating (cadmium & zinc, bright nickel, electroless nickel), zinc phosphate with oil, parkerize, aluminize, tectyle coating, xylan coating, black oxide, and painting.
